As-Is Sales
Liquidation merchandise, including pallets, half truckloads, and full truckloads, is generally sold as-is and final sale due to the nature of overstock, shelf-pull, and customer-return inventory.
Manifest Discrepancies
If a load is sold with a manifest and the contents materially differ from that manifest, please contact us within a reasonable time of receipt so we can review the discrepancy.
Damaged Freight
For freight-delivered orders, please note any visible damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery and contact us promptly so we can assist with a freight claim where applicable.
No Guarantee of Resale Value
Estimated retail values shown on listings are provided for reference only and are not a guarantee of resale value or condition of individual units within a load.
